can reach 0.05mm

CNC Turning

MFG HUBS has more than 20 years of experience in CNC turning,
by using automated CNC machining and CAD/CAM software, we can

5-Axis CNC Machining

5-axis CNC machining allows complex parts with multiple side features
to handle up to five sides in a single setup. MFG HUBS has the capability
of five-axis machining, and the maximum precision can reach 0.01 mm.

CNC Machining Tolerances

MFG HUB controls the unmarked linear tolerance of machined parts according to the international standard ISO 2768, of which ISO 2768 (F) is applicable to metal parts and ISO 2768 (M) is applicable to plastic parts. Normally, we can guarantee the machining accuracy of ±0.10mm to ±0.05mm.

If you need tighter tolerances, you need to provide 2D drawings with complete annotation information, and our engineering team will communicate with you the key dimensional tolerances and provide the highest possible machining accuracy. Please note that tighter tolerances may incur additional costs.

We can process most of the metal and plastic materials that are suitable for CNC processing. Some commonly used materials are listed below.
